Shipping policy

We aim to despatch all letters and stationery within 3-5 business days (please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays).

Please note that Bespoke Letters will take longer, as I write them myself, and they take time. I aim to despatch Bespoke Letters within 2 weeks; however, this may be longer during busier periods.

All letters will be despatched in a hardboard envelope.

To keep costs as low as possible, ALL orders will be despatched SECOND CLASS through Royal Mail.
